Please note that except as set forth in Article II, Section 4 of the Bylaws, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes without limitation in the case of acts of god, weather events, pandemics, facility closures, or any other cause.

Ready to join? 

To become a member of The Exchange Pool: 

1. Complete the Membership Interest Form linked above and our membership coordinator will let you know when a certificate is available OR you can independently work with a current member who has agreed to sell their membership certificate to you.
    

2. Purchase a $200 Membership Certificate, one time purchase via Payment Portal, below, OR independently purchase a selling member's certificate directly from the seller for an agreed price, after which both parties should confirm with the membership coordinator. Only one certificate required per membership, whether Family, Individual, or Couple.
    
3. The membership coordinator will send you a Certificate of Membership OR if you worked directly with the selling party, a confirmation of sale.
    
4. Pay your annual dues after you receive your membership certificate via Payment Portal, below.  
    
5. The membership coordinator will contact you to confirm receipt.
